Eagles Point Homeowners Association (EPHOA) welcomes you to our website. Eagles Point has proudly been a part of the greater Friendswood Community for nearly 40 years. Our neighborhood enjoys no through streets, a private park and friendly neighbors.

 

EPHOA is led by the EPHOA Board of Directors, a total of five elected voting positions and one non-voting member that serves as Treasurer.

 

Our website serves two purposes. First, to serve our members by providing important information to homeowners located under our Members, Finance, Social and Message Board tabs. Access to these tabs requires a login request as a user.

 

Second, our website is used as a community information board to post messages, lost and found and scheduled events in the neighborhood and city.
